Requirements:

Adventurer with a heart for inclusive outdoor education

Current Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR certifications

Demonstrated interest in working with Sea MD and contributing to the field of adaptive outdoor and adventure education

Prior experience working with adolescents aged 8-18, especially those with MD, ALS, or similar conditions

Keen interest in sailing, including some practical experience

Enthusiasm for marine science and dedication to environmental conservation
